BULLHEAD CITY – Robert Trebes was sworn in as the new Bullhead City Police Chief, Thursday, during a special swearing-in ceremony held in the Bullhead City Council Chambers. During the ceremony, Bullhead City Manager Toby Cotter expressed his confidence in Chief Trebes’ ability to be a great leader and his commitment to our community. BULLHEAD CITY – Bullhead City Manager Toby Cotter will be appointing a new Chief of Police at a ceremony on Thursday. Acting Captain Robert Trebes will be sworn in as the agency’s newest Police Chief on Thursday, February 25 at 11:30 a.m. in the Bullhead City Council Chambers. Trebes replaces Brian Williamson who recently retired. Trebes has been with the Bullhead City Police Department since 2004 when he was hired as a patrol officer. Employees gear up to move into new county courthouse

KINGMAN – A major move into the brand-new Mohave County courthouse in downtown Kingman will soon begin. Superior Court Administrator Kip Anderson said the county must first be issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for the four story, 66,000 sq. ft. structure adjacent to the historic courthouse on Oak St. “The real heavy lifting will start Friday night. The county has hired a moving company that will come in and move all the heavy stuff,” said Superior Court Administrator Kip Anderson.
