KINGMAN – Kingman City Manager Ron Foggin informed elected officials and municipal management team members Monday that he was caught off guard by news of the indictment of a city business partner for an alleged campaign contribution violation. Foggin issued a memo about learning that Bill Lenhart, whose Sunbelt Development firm is working with the city on the proposed Interstate 40 Rancho Santa Fe Interchange and Parkway project, had been charged with making an unlawful campaign contribution by a corporation. “This is shocking and I for one had no idea this was happening,” Foggin’s email said. “At this point, I really do not…

What color is the sun on your planet?

Dear Editor, In response to Lloyd Dickson: “Democratic President Joe Biden thinks anyone making over $400K per year should, perhaps, be asked to pitch in and pay a little more.” Sir, what flavor is the Blue KoolAid? Asking for a friend because they want to be sure and stay away from it. You are aware that part of this $3.5 trillion package “Social Joe” is trying to ram down our throats contains a provision that will allow the federal government to access personal bank accounts for transactions of $600 or more, correct? And you do further realize just how small…
