MOHAVE COUNTY – Chairman Jean Bishop’s COVID-19-related emergency declaration for Mohave County remains in effect following Monday’s Board of Supervisors meeting. Dear Editor, On Wednesday afternoon, the governing board of the Northern Arizona Consolidated Fire District #1 (NACFD) announced that NACFD does not endorse any candidate in any election and any use of NACFD’s logo, patch, or other NACFD images in political material are not authorized by NACFD. GOLDEN VALLEY – A Saturday shooting death is under investigation as a homicide by the Mohave County Sheriff’s office. Deputies responded at approximately 10:10 p.m. to a call reporting a shooting in the 4600 block of N.
