Open letter to Arizona State Representatives

To all Arizona State Representatives: Please review AZ Statute 26-303 (Emergency Powers of Governor). WHITE HILLS – Scores of turbines have been erected where a utility-scale wind farm is expected to begin producing power before the end of the year near the rural town of White Hills, about 40 miles north of Kingman.
