Council to consider eliminating municipal recycling; possible takeover of Epcor

BULLHEAD CITY – Several ongoing issues were updated during the February 4 Bullhead City Council meeting. City Manager Toby Cotter said a local contractor next month will begin work on the Arizona approach to a second bridge that will stretch across the Colorado River to the southern Nevada community of Laughlin. Cotter said recent remarks by the Clark County Commissioner representing Laughlin are cause for cautious optimism that Nevada will remain committed to the project.
