LAKE HAVASU CITY – Lake Havasu City Mayor Cal Sheehy issued a proclamation declaring the existence of a local emergency, effective March 18. COVID-19 test results inconclusive for local patient

KINGMAN – Medical providers recently took a swab sample from a patient with respiratory symptoms who came to the KRMC emergency room. The sample was subsequently sent to a reference laboratory for testing. The test results were returned Wednesday, March 18, which were inconclusive. This means that COVID-19 has not been ruled out, nor has it been confirmed definitively. At this time, this is not a presumptive positive nor a confirmed positive. However, the patient has been advised to self-quarantine and the case should be managed as positive until further testing determines conclusive results.

KINGMAN – A Kingman man whose gunfire and erratic behavior prompted a public safety scare last spring is being sent to the Arizona State Hospital for psychiatric treatment. That’s a requirement of a plea agreement that finds Larry Bradshaw, 37, “guilty except insane” to a disorderly conduct with a weapon charge. Kingman police responded last April to a home in the vicinity of Wilshire and Beverly Avenue where officers determined a number of gunshots had been fired into the walls of a structure on the property. KINGMAN – A Lake Havasu City woman intends to testify against the man who fathered the child they’re accused of killing a little more than two years ago. Brittany Rodriquez, 27, and Andrew Lamorie, 24, both remain jailed awaiting trial involving the January 2018 death of 27-month old Gabriella Lamorie. An autopsy determined that Gabriella suffered blunt force head and neck trauma and her death was ruled a homicide.
