MOHAVE COUNTY – Gyms, bars and some water business enterprises that have remain shuttered during the COVID-19 pandemic could get a reprieve Thursday. Mohave County has already met two of three benchmarks allowing them to reopen under various restrictions and regulations. “What we haven’t been meeting is the percent positivity number put out by the state. MOHAVE VALLEY – Mosquito surveillance that was conducted this week in Mohave Valley by the Mohave County Environmental Health Division (MCEHD) revealed the following locations meet the protocol to conduct fogging. The MCEHD uses the CDC’s recommended matrix as a guide regarding when to fog. FOGGING: Adult mosquito control application will begin this Thursday evening September 3 around 8:00 pm, weather permitting.
