New “Service Request” launch on city website

KINGMAN, Ariz. – The City launched a new online service request tool, July 8. This tool can be used on desktop computers, tablets and smart phones, and offers an easy-to-navigate design to submit service requests here: https://www.cityofkingman.gov/government/service-request

This form is not for reporting crimes, incidents, or medical emergencies currently in progress. If you witness a crime or medical emergency in progress please call 911.

The system includes a ticket system with unique online user accounts. Once submitted, requests are assigned to the specific departments listed, who will be handling the request. The City of Kingman is currently launching Phase 1 of this new tool, and will make updates and additions based on user feedback for future improvements that will include other departments where residents can submit requests.

Users can make a new service request by selecting a topic in the dropdown menu, and submit photos with their requests.

This project furthers the city’s goal of creating a modern, centralized one-stop reporting system to increase customer service.
