Dear Editor, Valle Vista has a compliance committee! This means for you old property owners trouble! For the past number of years too many of you have been violating the bylaws and CL&Rs. So be nice to the new compliance committee volunteers as they try to enforce the rules in a reasonable way. Now would be a good time to get your property in order and start fresh on complying with our governing documents – all to the benefit of your neighbors and our beautiful Valle Vista. New owners will need your help to learn our rules, bylaws, and CL&Rs….

Dear Editor, How do we solve the mass shootings? Do we take away all the guns? Or, do we require that every American carry a gun and be prepared to shoot back? Do we eliminate the assault rifles? Or, do we have more security guards at malls, grocery stores and work places carry assault rifles? We have a crisis in America with gun violence and mass shootings. What will Joe Biden and Congress do about this problem? Will they even attempt a solution? Mr. President and members of Congress, we need a solution.  How do solve the ongoing Covid 19…
