Valle Vista is a property owners association

Dear Editor,

Valle Vista is a property owners association. Our amenities include a golf course, club house, restaurant, bar, park with tennis court, playground and pool.

We are governed by the ARS, articles of incorporation, covenants, limitations and restrictions, and bylaws.

All prospective buyers must be given a copy of these prior to decision to purchase in Valle Vista. A second copy is included with the welcome packet.

We request that realtors furnish prospective buyers with a copy of each.

Our governing documents require that ‘for sale’ or ‘for rent’ signs are placed on private property only. Mohave County does not allow signs in the row. The governing documents also prescribe the type and size of the signs.

By following our governing documents, we can avoid violation notices to property owners.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Kim Gaines
