Afghanistan – God Help Them

Dear Editor, Many Americans did not want our military invading Afghanistan. We did not want our military to stay in Afghanistan. Many of us hoped our troops would leave Afghanistan. However, the chaotic departure has been one of the most humiliating moments in our nation’s history.  We were all enraged toward those who had any part or interest in the September 11, 2001 attacks on our nation. This nation was in agreement that Osama Bin Laden and anyone connected to planning the attacks located in any part of the world must be brought to justice. We wanted all leaders and…

Iraq and WMDs

Dear Editor, I know for an absolute fact there were WMDs in Iraq. Thousands of others in the military do as well but this issue gets little to no publicity. It’s been a government coverup since the war ended. Let me explain as follows. I have several friends who were over there and saw WMDs with their own eyes. Parents need to know more specific facts to decide what is best for their children, especially on masking and school. The following are published facts from the CDC  and child stats.gov. (You can pull this up yourself) Report as of Aug. 4, 2021: Week starting Jan. 4, 2020 and ending July 31, 2021 (19 months). For some reason no one seems to put any of these statistics up for us to review and make decisions. Child deaths…

Construction in Valle Vista

Dear Editor, Valle Vista Property Owners Association has several requirements for construction, including that each builder must obtain a copy of the CLRs and bylaws. Other requirements are to obtain a Valle Vista POA permit. There is no fee for this permit, but the builder must submit much the same information as to obtain a Mohave County building permit. Observation of the construction by Valle Vista and compliance with the materials and color schedule does not constitute nor is it intended as acceptance of any item of work an any nature whatsoever.
