Indecent exposure nets 11 years
KINGMAN – Some 11.25 years in prison has been ordered for a Kingman man who denies engaging in sexual activity with an eight-year-old girl. Monte Anderson, 53, was sentenced Tuesday, Jan. 2 by Judge Billy Sipe. The punishment was stipulated in a plea agreement that was crafted and entered on Dec. 5, the day that Anderson’s trial was to begin at the Law and Justice Center.
