Fessenden elected Phi Kappa Phi

BULLHEAD CITY – Stephanie Fessenden of Bullhead City, was recently elected to membership into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society, at University of Kentucky.
