One dead, one injured in domestic violence incident

FT. MOHAVE – A domestic violence incident has resulted in a deceased man, and a woman with multiple gunshot wounds this afternoon, Sunday, Dec. 22. Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MSCO) responded to a domestic violence call in the 2600 block of Phillip Circle at about 12:28 p.m. According to an MCSO press release, when deputies arrived on scene they found a deceased man at the resident with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Deputies located a female victim in a nearby vehicle with multiple non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. She was admitted to University Medical Center in Las Vegas. There were other occupants in…

LAKE HAVASU – Multiple agencies responded to a downed airplane near Lake Havasu on Sunday, Dec. 22. Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Division of Boating Safety, members of the MSCO Dive and Rescue Team, and Lake Havasu City Fire Department personnel converged at Lake Havasu where they had received multiple reports that a plane went down over the lake. The ultralight-style aircraft was found crashed on land near Pilot Rock on the Arizona side of the lake.
