KINGMAN – On October 29, the City of Kingman and JE Fuller Hydrology & Geomorphology Inc. held a public open house at the City of Kingman City Hall as Phase 1 of Kingman Area Master Plan (KADMP). Eric Sparkman, Assistant City Engineer, and the members of JE Fuller team explained the phases for the Drainage Master Plan as well as provided possible flood area maps.
