LAKE HAVASU CITY – Young people trashed an unoccupied home in Lake Havasu City last Thursday. KINGMAN – A California man has entered a plea agreement in Kingman that will resolve a four-year-old waterway fatality case. Kevin Morgon, 47, pleaded guilty Sept. 24 to negligent homicide and aggravated assault. Authorities said a boat operated by Morgon struck a personal watercraft on the Colorado River at Davis Camp in Bullhead City in April 2016. A 13-year-old girl on the watercraft, Guadalupe Rodriguez, San Bernardino, was fatally injured. The teen’s younger sister and their mother were seriously injured in the crash.
