Chicken tortilla soup recalled

Blount Fine Foods, a McKinney, Texas establishment, is recalling approximately 6,690 pounds of soup with chicken products that may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically plastic. The ready-to-eat chicken tortilla soup items were produced on April 26, 2019. The following products are subject to recall: 16-oz. plastic bowls containing “Panera BREAD at HOME Chicken Tortilla Soup” with a “Use By date” of 07/05/2019 and lot codes 042619-3V or 042619-4V printed on the bottom of the container. The products subject to recall bear establishment number “P-13130” inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to distribution centers and retail locations…

Crash victims identified

Authorities have released the names of the five people killed in a Friday morning head-on collision on Interstate 40, about 14 miles southwest of Kingman. The Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) said the crash occurred after 9:06 a.m. when a 2010 Nissan sedan traveling in the wrong direction eastbound in the westbound lanes of Interstate 40 struck a 2015 Honda sedan. DPS said the driver of the wrong way vehicle, 82-year-old Harold Wayne Wickham, and his passenger Ella Wickham, 90, both of Laughlin, Nevada were dead at the scene of the crash.
