Court order issued mandating face coverings in court facilities

MOHAVE COUNTY – Face coverings will become commonplace in area court facilities going forward indefinitely to prevent spread of COVID-19. That’s one of many provisions being implemented under a new Administrative Order (AO) issued by Presiding Mohave County Superior Court Judge Charles Gurtler that takes effect on June 1. “This Administrative Order provides additional specifics with respect to the transition to resumption of various court operations in such a manner that further prioritizes the safety of the public, judge and employees of the judiciary,” Gurtler’s order said. MEC returns $1.3 million in capital credits to members

BULLHEAD CITY – Mohave Electric Cooperative’s board of directors has authorized a capital credits return of $1.3 million to members.
