KINGMAN – Hana Meds, a vertically integrated cannabis company today announces the opening of adult-use sales to consumers 21 and over at its Green Valley and Kingman, Ariz. dispensary locations.  Last November, the passage of Prop 207 known as the Smart and Safe Arizona Act, legalized recreational cannabis in the state. The Arizona Department of Health Services started accepting dual license applications in January from current medical marijuana operators wanting to expand into the recreational market. Former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, center, was joined by former Graham County Sheriff Richard Mack as two top headliners of a constitutional rally at Great American Pizza Company in Golden Valley Saturday.  Arpaio was signing copies of his books and both sheriffs were delivering speeches on how other law enforcement leaders can enforce and uphold constitutional law in their respective communities. MOHAVE COUNTY – Area residents can legally grow marijuana in their sheds and backyards this spring and summer. Joe Kinnear has been measuring interest at his indoor-outdoor gardening Bull Mountain Hydro store at 1750 Butler Avenue in north Kingman. “Oh man.
