KINGMAN – C-A-L Ranch is open for business in Kingman. The store that occupies about 55,000 sq. ft. inside the former Kmart on East Andy Devine Ave. used a Thursday soft opening and the weekend as a training opportunity for its 30-member workforce. MOHAVE COUNTY – The Mohave Community College Foundation Lake Havasu chapter hosted the Third Annual Around the World: Virtual Tailgate Party with Chef Trula Hepner.  The MCC Foundation has hosted successful Around the World events since 2017. KINGMAN –The closure of Western Avenue will begin Monday, February 22, and continue through Friday, February 26. The street closure will be from Riata Valley Road to Airway Avenue. Access to business and residents will remain open. The project to install a new water transmission main between Stockton Hill Road to the Main Tanks on Anson Smith Road began January 4, and is scheduled to be completed May 16. The contractor, Freiday Construction, is working with residents and business in the area regarding notification, but no water service delays, or disruptions are scheduled to take place.
