LAKE HAVASU CITY – ALLO Communications announced a fiber-to-the-premise project offering 10 Gigabit bandwidths in Lake Havasu City. ALLO will begin construction in Lake Havasu in the next several months after completing the remaining city agreements. ALLO President Brad Moline stated, “ALLO commits to being local wherever we are. MOHAVE COUNTY – The Unclaimed Property program with the Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) reunited $48 million to its rightful owners in fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021).  Despite the COVID-19 pandemic and safety restrictions, ADOR’S Unclaimed Property Unit continued its efforts to assist taxpayers in recovering lost assets by providing virtual meeting options and in-person appointments. The team delivered $5 million more back to citizens than in fiscal year 2020. MOHAVE COUNY – Elected officials approved plans for spending more than $8 million of COVID-19 relief money during separate Tuesday meetings of local government. The federal government is providing Mohave County and its municipalities more than $75 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to help communities and citizens recover from the pandemic. Mohave County Supervisors previously agreed to equally divide some $41.5 million among their five districts. District 1 Supervisor Travis Lingenfelter had not sought approval for use of the more than $8 million allotted to his district before Tuesday.
