KINGMAN, Ariz. – Kingman Masonic Lodge No. 22, F&AM of Arizona, will hold an open house on First Friday, September 4, in downtown Kingman beginning at 5:30 pm. The event is open to the public. This is an opportunity for the public to visit the historic Masonic Temple and Lodge room and meet the Master of the Lodge.
Leaders of several Masonic Bodies will also be present including members of the Order of the Eastern Star, The Scottish Rite, Knights of St. Andrew and the York Rite.
This is a casual, come as you are, open house event and is a part of the Lodge’s ongoing community outreach.
Kingman Masonic Lodge received Dispensation from the Grand Lodge of Arizona in 1914 and was Chartered Lodge No. 22 on 10 February 1915. The Lodge has operated continuously for over 112 years. The Historic Masonic Temple Building was completed in 1939 by men who constructed the Boulder Dam. It is on the National Register of Historic Buildings managed by the National Park Service.
