LAKE HAVASU CITY – Arizona@Work will host an Atlas Community Partner Engagement Meeting on Friday, February 20, from 10 a.m. to noon at Mohave College, Room 600,1977 W. Acoma Blvd. The meeting will bring together community-based organizations, public agencies, and workforce partners to strengthen coordination of services across Mohave and La Paz counties using Atlas. Atlas is a customized, county-built resource and referral platform designed to function as a true one-stop-shop for workforce and supportive services. Atlas is a locally designed platform created specifically to bring employment, housing, education, reentry, and supportive resources under one virtual “roof.” The system allows partners to connect individuals to the full range of services they need, whether they are reentering the workforce, seeking new employment, stabilizing housing, or accessing wrap-around supports. A key feature of Atlas is the navigator-supported model, which helps ensure referrals do not end at submission. Navigators track follow-up, support warm handoffs between agencies, and help prevent individuals from falling through the cracks. Thus, improving continuity of care and increasing the likelihood of successful outcomes. This approach positions Atlas as a pioneer platform for Mohave and La Paz counties, paving the way for a more integrated, accountable, and client-centered service delivery system. The February 20 meeting will serve as both a training and feedback forum, offering structured onboarding for new partners and an open forum for existing users to help shape the next phase of the platform.
Who should attend
The meeting is open to partners and stakeholders who provide services in Mohave and La Paz counties, including: workforce development, employment, and training providers; education and adult learning organizations, veteran services and supportive services providers; housing stability, reentry, behavioral health, and family support organizations; and community-based and faith-based organizations offering wrap-around assistance.
