KINGMAN — The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Kingman Field Office has issued a decision record and finding of no significant impact on the proposed mine plan from Kalamazoo Materials Inc. that would allow for expansion of an existing decorative rock quarry near the town of Chloride in Mohave County. The current rock quarry and access road encompasses 37 acres. The decision record approves the proposed action which would expand the mine site west of the existing location, adding an additional 23 acres. LAKE HAVASU CITY – Lake Havasu City council members are starting to think about design and construction of the fitness center purchased for renovation and use as a municipal court facility close to City Hall.
