Byron Eldon Owens, of Kingman, died Sunday, January 31, 2021. He was 95. Mr. Owens was born in 1925 in Everton, Missouri. A service will be held Tuesday, Feb. 9, at 1 p.m. at the Church of the Nazarene in Kingman, with interment following at Mountain View Cemetery. The family contact is his son Kenneth Eldon Owens. MOHAVE COUNTY – Ryan Esplin is being promoted to the Chief Deputy of the Civil Division of the Mohave County attorney’s office. Esplin has worked in the division for about four years. County attorney Matt Smith is promoting Esplin to succeed Bob Taylor.
