The Lake Havasu Area Chamber Ambassadors held a ribbon cutting ceremony for B&B’s Bitchin’ Fish to celebrate its Grand Opening. Located inside the KAWS at 2144 McCulloch Blvd., B&B’s Bitchin’ Fish is bringing the highest quality of seafood to Lake Havasu City. Alaskan wild caught, no farmed fish! A family owned and operated local business. Attending the ceremony from left to right were Jennifer Whetten, Brannan Rowe, Cheyeanne Lally, Beth Rowe and Lynn Braden.
MAD Lobster & Dogs owners, Mustafa & Andreia Dos joined Lake Havasu City Mayor Cal Sheehy, and Council member Nancy Campbell along with Lake Havasu Area Chamber Ambassadors Kathie Schuler and Audrey Hoyt, to cut the ribbon on their new restaurant inside the KAWS building. Mustafa and Andreia are happy to be part of the community.

Work is scheduled to occur between 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Thursday June 10, 2021 subject to weather and other conditions. The work will require London Bridge Rd. Southbound at S. Palo Verde Blvd. to be closed. Motorists are encouraged to find alternate routes, allow themselves extra travel time and follow all construction signage. January 14, 1937 – May 29, 2021 George Thomas Swarts, Kingman, Arizona, passed away peacefully in his home on Saturday, May 29, 2021 with family members at his side. He was preceded in death by his parents Bern and Carmelita Swarts, his sister Rosalie Christensen, and his brother Jim Swarts. He is survived by his ex-wife Maren Webb, his daughters Diane, Maria, and Rose (Dolly) Swarts, and grandchildren Jayde Swarts and RJ Herrera. MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave County supervisors expressed dissatisfaction with the state of the nation before rejecting a second round of Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) funding during Monday’s Board of Supervisors meeting in Kingman.
