BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. – A pedestrian was fatally injured when struck by a vehicle in Bullhead City. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. on July 28 in the 1200 block of Highway 95.

“It was reported that a Toyota Tundra, traveling south on the highway, struck a man who was lying in the roadway,” Fromelt said. She said that Thomas Telles, 43, Bullhead City, was dead at the scene.

Why Telles was lying along the highway is unknown, according to Fromelt.  “The investigation indicates no criminal intent on the part of the female driver of the Toyota Tundra,” she said.

Investigation continues.
