The Bureau of Land Management has announced publication of a Public Land Order protecting 2,598 acres of public lands at the Bill Williams River National Wildlife Refuge from future mining for 100 years. BULLHEAD CITY ­ The Bullhead City Police Department responded to a report of a deceased person inside a City parks public restroom on Tuesday, Aug. 8. At approximately 6 a.m., a parks employee reported a deceased man was found in the bathroom at Rotary Park, located in the 2300 block of Balboa Drive.
