Alpacas of the Southwest hosts 18th Annual Alpaca Days KINGMAN – Alpacas of the Southwest will host its 18th Annual Alpaca Days on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 7 and 8. KINGMAN – Kingman police report the arrest of a local teenager who allegedly fled the scene after causing a traffic accident that injured others. Deputy Police Chief Joel Freed said officers responded to the incident at about 1:40 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 16 in the 3200 block of Airway Ave. “Officers found that an all-terrain vehicle driven by a 32-year-old female and occupied by an 8-year-old male, a 4-year-old female and a 7-year-old female had been struck by a four-door sedan causing the all-terrain vehicle to roll approximately twice,” Freed said. “The driver and the two female passengers were ejected….

15th Annual Brews and Brats Oktoberfest

KINGMAN – The 15th Annual Brews and Brats Oktoberfest, presented by the Kingman Route 66 Rotary Club, will take place Friday, October 6 and Saturday, October 7, at Metcalfe Park. Kingman’s original and longest running Oktoberfest, the Brews and Brats Oktoberfest will feature craft beer from Black Bridge Brewery, grilled bratwurst and sauerkraut, German pretzels, and other offerings. There will be live entertainment throughout the weekend, dancing, vendors, and fun!
