Two arrested at Kingman Airport

KINGMAN – The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) said the Kingman Airport Industrial Park was placed in a precautionary lockdown due to a disturbance at an unidentified business in the 4600 block of E. Finance Way. No one was hurt in the incident, apparently sparked by the termination of an employee. MCSO spokeswoman Anita Mortensen said deputies responding at 7:11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16 learned that Joe White, 62, allegedly pulled a knife from his vehicle and tried to fight the employee who had escorted him off the premises. LHC man takes plea for child assault

LAKE HAVASU CITY – A Lake Havasu City man pleaded guilty Tuesday, Feb. 14 to aggravated assault for slamming a one-year-old child to the couch in a home in the 1700 block of Willow Ave. Deputy Mohave County attorney Jeff Haws told Superior Court Judge Lee Jantzen that a surveillance system “nanny cam” captured the Dec. 22, 2023 incident involving Fabrizzio Dransfield, 31. My husband was also a criminal animal investigator in northern Minnesota. We had a large, permitted, 501c3, large animal rescue. We have saved many abused and malnourished burros which were also “adopted” from the BLM. As per the numbers of burros: 478 to over a million acres is ridiculous at best! The Arizona Game and Fish Department (AZGFD) reminds hunters who applied  for 2024 pronghorn and elk hunt permit-tags that 11:59 p.m. (Arizona time) Tuesday, Feb. 20, is the deadline to update credit card or debit card account information. The same deadline applies to purchasing a PointGuard product. Choosing PointGuard Plus, or the standard PointGuard, ensures that applicants can surrender their hunt permit-tag for any reason, and the accumulated bonus points that were expended to draw that hunt permit-tag will be reinstated (if eligible).
