Lamacki sentenced for assaulting officer

LAKE HAVASU CITY – A Lake Havasu City man convicted of violence against a local police officer following a DUI-related traffic stop was sentenced in Kingman on Friday, Feb. 16. Mohave County Superior Court Judge Lee Jantzen credited Jacob Lamacki, 24, for the 37 days he previously spent in custody while ruling that no further jail time is necessary, provided that the defendant complies with conditions of probation for three years. Two arrested at Kingman Airport

KINGMAN – The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) said the Kingman Airport Industrial Park was placed in a precautionary lockdown due to a disturbance at an unidentified business in the 4600 block of E. Finance Way. No one was hurt in the incident, apparently sparked by the termination of an employee.
