Mobile home fire under investigation

BULLHEAD CITY – On Saturday, October 19, at approximately 9:38 a.m, Bullhead City Fire Department crews were dispatched to the report of a structure fire in the 800 block of Sea Spray Dr. Engine 711’s crew arrived first on the scene reporting a single-wide mobile home about 30% involved with active fire. Quickly performing a complete search around the structure confirming that no one was inside of the home, firefighters began attacking the blaze utilizing the deck gun and pre-connected hose line. Some boats evacuated during Havasu brush fire

HAVASU CITY – At approximately 10:40 p.m. on Sunday, October 20, several citizens reported a brush fire just north of Windsor State Beach on London Bridge Road. The first arriving fire company reported a three- to five-acre fire burning south towards the north end of the Jet Ski launch ramp. The fire was moving towards Wet Monkey Powersport Rentals shop where several pontoon boats and personal watercrafts were parked. Three Engine Companies and a Battalion Chief responded to the fire. Police continue to seek assistance to identify body of deceased man

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Law enforcement continue to seek the public assistance in identifying a deceased man who was found floating between two rental boats near London Bridge Beach on Saturday, Oct. 5. The man is Asian, about 224 pounds, 5 feet 8 inches tall, black/graying hair, brown eyes, between 50 and 60 years old. He was found wearing a blue polo shirt, green tank top, blue jeans.
