KINGMAN – A contractor will be closing Central Avenue at Southern Ave., to complete a sewer line installation on Central Ave. Additionally they will be completing the water line connection in Southern Ave. which will require full flagging operations. Temporary closure, restrictions of public lands announced for Parker races

LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Lake Havasu Field Office announces the temporary closure and restriction of selected public lands for the 2020 Best In The Desert’s Parker 250 and 425 races in La Paz County. The temporary closure will be in effect Jan. 11-12 and Jan. 24-25. The temporary restrictions will be in effect Jan. 9-12, and Jan. 22-25. Access to public lands in and around the race course will be temporarily closed, restricted, or designated as spectator areas.
