Fairgrounds improvements to be showcased at Home & Garden Show this weekend

KINGMAN – April is shaping up to be a big month for the Mohave County Fairgrounds. Fairgrounds General Manager Tim Woods expressed his excitement, saying, “We have all kinds of good things coming up!” Most of his excitement lay in the improvements made to the fairgrounds in the last 12 months. Woods says he wanted to make improvements to the fairgrounds so that residents could be proud to come to events there. ‘Upscale’ manufactured housing project planned

FT. MOHAVE – Plan amendments and rezoning required for an “affordable-yet upscale” manufactured housing subdivision in Fort Mohave are supported by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors. Approvals during the Board’s April 5 meeting included stipulations that the developer, Gaia Signature Group LLC, fund any Camp Mohave access road paving necessary for the 90-acre Via Dolce project.
