Police seek missing person

KINGMAN – The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. On Tuesday (12/28), Deputies with the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office received a possible Missing Person report from the family of Lisa Marie McKeever, 39 of Kingman. Lisa was last seen in the Kingman area on Saturday (12/25), at approximately 1:00 PM and failed to show to a family Christmas event as planned. Lisa is believed to have been in the Wickieup area that same day (12/25), between the hours of 4:00 and 5:30 PM and has not been seen or heard from since….

Ambulance involved in fatal crash

BULLHEAD CITY ­- On Tuesday, December 28, at approximately 7:40 a.m. emergency crews responded to a collision on the Bullhead Parkway just north of Silvercreek Road.  It was reported that Christopher Wayne Cary, 52, of Bullhead City was southbound on the parkway when he crossed the median and struck an AMR ambulance head on.  The ambulance had just transported a patient to the Western Arizona Regional Medical Center (WARMC) and was heading north on the Parkway back to Laughlin, NV.  Cary was ejected from his vehicle on impact and the ambulance was flipped on its side.  The driver of the…

Long awaited project may come to fruition in Kingman; State to release $20-million pending KDP financing KINGMAN – A proposed Interstate 40 traffic interchange (TI) should be under construction in Kingman sometime this summer, according to Kingman City Manager Ron Foggin.
