Mohave County seeks public comment on five court appointments

MOHAVE COUNTY — Citizens are invited to provide comment on five candidates recommended for possible appointment to the Mohave County bench. The Superior Court Committee on Special Judicial Officer Appointments has selected five applicants to be considered to fill open full-time positions as Court Commissioner in Mohave County.

The five contenders include deputy Mohave County attorneys Ryan Esplin and Rod Gilleo, Arizona Attorney General Kingman Office staff attorney Michele Holden, Justice of the Peace David Wayt and private counsel Reed Weisberg.

Presiding Superior Court Judge Steve Moss will make the appointment decisions.
