Cornhole Under the Stars Tournament scheduled for Memorial Weekend

Registration has started for the Cornhole Under the Stars Tournament, which will take place on Friday, May 24, under the large ramada at Rotary Park in Bullhead City. Come out and enjoy music and fun with all your friends starting at 6:30 p.m.  Participants interested in playing can sign up at City Hall, 2355 Trane Road.  The fee is $5 for singles or $8 onsite; $10 for team play or $15 onsite. ACA rules are enforced. Single elimination and spots are limited per category; singles and team play.

“This tournament is a great way to meet new people in the community and enjoy some wholesome recreation and good sportsmanship,” says Ashlee Bennett, Parks and Recreation Supervisor. “We are very excited to offer fun events like this for our locals to enjoy.”

Anderson Auto Group sponsored the event by donating cash for the first-place winners in each category.

“Events like this are successful with the help of our local businesses and we are thankful for their support,” commented Derek Sedler, Parks and Recreation Manager.
