KINGMAN — The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Kingman Field Office has issued a decision record and finding of no significant impact on the proposed mine plan from Kalamazoo Materials Inc. that would allow for expansion of an existing decorative rock quarry near the town of Chloride in Mohave County. The current rock quarry and access road encompasses 37 acres. The decision record approves the proposed action which would expand the mine site west of the existing location, adding an additional 23 acres. Dear Editor, If you live in Valle Vista and you want it to look like a north area of Kingman in Mohave County then please don’t complain. By not complaining to the sheriff, road department, code enforcement, public health, animal control, our own board of directors, and any other applicable department we will take on the same look. If that’s what  you want then don’t complain and just go look at the area. That’s Valle Vista in the future. All of these departments have rules and regulations for a reason and it goes for everyone and not just a few….
