KINGMAN – Public Information officer Colleen Haines briefed the Kingman City council Tuesday on the Arizona state legislative session that was interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic. She said the session was rather uneventful. “No bills that we were tracking made it. They only passed 89 bills out of a little more than 1,600,” Haines said. “We were obviously tracking and making some really good headway on some really important bills, but they’re done. COVID-19 update: 19 new cases, one death

MOHAVE COUNTY – Late Thursday afternoon, the Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff was notified of 19 new COVID-19 confirmed cases, including one death.  The death is a 60-69 year age range, previously reported case in the Kingman service area.  Of the 19 new cases, 11 of them are in the Lake Havasu City service area. Three of those are hospitalized and linked to another confirmed case; two of those are 90+ and the other is 80-89.
