KINGMAN – The Mohave Substance Treatment Education & Prevention Partnership (MSTEPP) has announced that the Hobbies Not Habits event is making its debut in Kingman. This community gathering offers young people and families fun and engaging alternatives to substance use by encouraging healthy hobbies and activities.
KINGMAN — Many schools in the spring put on a science fair that showcases what students have learned in the class room. Two area middle schools held such events recently, Kingman and Black Mountain.
KINGMAN – The Cerbat Garden Club will be hosting its annual plant sale on Friday, May 23. Plants available include cactus, succulents, house plants, flowers, and more. The sale will be located at 3830 N. Evans St. in Kingman.
KINGMAN — The Kingman man wounded in an April 30 officer-involved shooting flown to Las Vegas for treatment of his injuries has died. The death of Jeremy Muse, 36, is confirmed by the Kingman Police Department and the Mohave County Attorney’s Office.
KINGMAN – A total of 1,086 students received degrees from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania during three commencement exercises on May 9 and May 10.
