I would like to thank the Kingman City Council and all of the hard-working people behind Kingman Main Street for the great job they have done renovating the downtown area. It is such a pleasure to go down there now.
That being said I do have to acknowledge one particular business owner. Although you have every right to put up signage about your beliefs.
