Poisoning birds kills cats

Dear Editor,

I live in downtown Kingman, and finding on an otherwise healthy cat dead in my yard prompted this letter.

I suspect you people who put out poison to kill pigeons and doves don’t realize that a poisoned bird equals a dead cat when the bird slows down (because of the poison). The cat eats the bird, and there you have it, a dead cat.
