MOHAVE COUNTY – The citizens of Mohave County can expect the following road maintenance activity during the week of August 17,:
Arizona Strip: Road grading on Mt. Trumbull Loop.
Kingman: Pulling road shoulders on Stockton Hill Rd. from Mile 24 working south. Crews will be crack sealing on Marshall Dr. They will also be repairing the right of way and repairing pot holes in the Butler area.
Hackberry: Road grading on Brooks Blvd.
Wikieup: Road grading on Bogles Ranch Rd. at Mile 12.
Yucca: Road grading on 1) Alamo Rd. from Mile 40 to Mile 52, 2) Planet Ranch Rd. and 3) Knox Dr.
Hualapai Mtn. Area: Road grading on Blake Ranch Rd. going south.
Golden Valley: Road grading on SE: 1) Bacobi Rd. from Crystal Dr. to Shinarump Dr. and 2) Bolsa Dr. from Bacobi Rd. to end of maintenance. S: 1) Kirkland Rd. from Shinarump Dr. to Vandergriff Dr. SW: 1) Bolsa Dr. from Estrella Rd. to Laguna Rd., 2) Canelo Rd. from Bolsa Dr. to end of maintenance and 3) Cordes Rd. from Bolsa Dr. to Diabase Dr. NE: 1) Sundown Dr. from Ranch Rd. to end of maintenance and 2) Smoketree Rd. from Ranch Rd. to end of maintenance. NW: 1) Jurassic Dr. from Estrella Rd. to end of maintenance and 2) Egar Rd. from Agua Fria Dr. to Chinle Dr. Also, they will be pulling road shoulders on Shinarump Dr. from Kirkland Rd. to Oatman Hwy.
Dolan Springs: Road grading on 1) Calico Dr. from Pierce Ferry Rd. to Third St., 2) Third St. from Calico Dr. to Canyon Dr. and 3) Canyon Dr. from Third St. to First St.
Meadview: Road grading on 1) Boathouse Dr., 2) Detrital Dr., 3) Cathedral Dr., 4) Middle Point Dr., 5) Echo Dr., 6) Calico Dr., 7) Overton Dr., 8) Campanile Dr. from Mead Dr. to Sandy Point Dr. and 9) Driftwood Dr. from Campanile Dr. to Crescent Dr. Crews will be repairing pot holes and pulling road shoulders on Sandy Point Dr. from Sandview Dr. to Bright Angel Dr.
Mohave Valley: Clearing drivers’ line of sight on Oatman Hwy. from Mile 1 to Mile 2. Road grading in the Bermuda Ranches area. Mowing road shoulders in the Perry Acres area. Street sweeping in the Sun Valley area of Ft. Mohave. Crews will be replacing sidewalks in the Emerald River and Desert Lakes areas of Ft. Mohave. Also, they will be repairing pot holes and clearing drivers’ line of sight in the Golden Shores area of Topock.
Heavy Road Maintenance Projects:
Pierce Ferry Rd. Widening — July 2020 through November 5, 2020 — Paving eastbound widened section and non-motorized trail to Mt. Tipton School.
Vanderslice Rd. / From the MCSO substation for one mile north (North of Reservation Rd.) — June 8 through September 8 — CEMEX: One mile of concrete pavement.
El Rodeo Rd. / Hwy 95 to Mountain View Rd. and Mountain View Rd. / El Rodeo Rd. to Joy Ln. — September 8 through 11 — Cactus Asphalt: Placing rubberized chip seal.
