Cypress Park soccer fields in LHC getting summer refresh

LAKE HAVASU CITY — Lake Havasu City is investing in the health and longevity of Cypress Park’s soccer fields with scheduled turf maintenance this summer. From Monday, June 9, through Monday, August 4, 2025, Cypress Park remains open to the public for general use, but the fields are unavailable for use and for all group reservations during this time.

The 8-week maintenance project includes aeration, reseeding, fertilizing, top dressing, and composting. To support healthy seed germination, daytime watering occurs frequently throughout the duration of the project. For community enjoyment on July 4, irrigation is paused to accommodate fireworks viewing.

We appreciate the public’s continued support as we take this time to restore the fields for everyone to enjoy in the seasons ahead.

For questions or additional information, please contact Lake Havasu City Parks and Recreation at (928) 453-8686.
