America needs Thanksgiving

Dear Editor, America has been through a tough time.  A national election separated friends and family, divided churches, and took over our media. We’ve been intoxicated with poisonous rhetoric and toxic street gatherings that led to more division, injuries, and even death. Americans horrifically viewed the murder of George Floyd by a Minneapolis police officer and said we aren’t going to take that anymore.  Over 762,000 people have died from Covid-19 in America. Over 47 million of us have been sick. Families who have buried loved ones don’t need convincing about the realities of Covid-19. Americans who have spent weeks in…

How to make a change

Dear Editor, If you live in Valle Vista and you want it to look like a north area of Kingman in Mohave County, then please don’t complain. By not complaining to the Sheriff, the Road Department, Mohave County Code Enforcement, the Public Health Department, Animal Control, our own Board of Directors, and any other applicable Department, we will take on the same look. If that’s what you want, then don’t complain and just go look at the area. That’s Valle Vista in the future. All of these Departments have rules and regulations for a reason, and it goes for everyone…

Dear Editor, I would like to thank the UniSource employees for their brave move to resist medical tyranny by organizing and participating in the three-day demonstration on the 10th, 11th, and the 12th of November 2021. The mystery of the Godhead, pt. 3

Dear Editor, Romans 1: 19-20 says, “Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them, for God hath showed it unto them. For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse.” Isaiah 43: 10-11 says, “You are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen, that you may know and believe me, and understand that I am He. Before me there was no God formed, neither shall…

Vaccine mandates and personal freedoms

Dear Editor, Enough is enough! All Americans must resist vaccine mandates. If we do not have control over what we put into our own bodies, then we have lost our most precious freedom. If this is allowed to stand then what’s next? Telling us what we can eat, where we can go, and what relationships we can have? Resist, resist, and resist ! Ken Winchell Kingman
