TOPOCK ­– The body of a second Valley Center, California resident has been recovered from the Colorado River, in the area of Topock Gorge, about 15 miles north of Lake Havasu. Mohave County sheriff’s office personnel responded early Thursday afternoon after dispatch was notified that a female subject had been located.   Agency spokeswoman Anita Mortensen said the apparent drowning victim has been identified as Suzan Weaver, 68.
