LAKE HAVASU CITY – Since 2007, the Milemarkers team has made a lasting impact with the services they provide for children and adults with disabilities. PARKER – The Bureau of Reclamation reports that repair activity on Parker Dam Road could cause brief traffic for almost two months. During construction, traffic may be limited to one-lane and drivers may experience intermittent delays from 6 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST).  Local police, fire, and emergency medical services will have priority passage throughout the rehabilitation project area during construction activity. LAKE HAVASU CITY – The county’s Lake Havasu City library branch will be hosting “Welcome to the Metaverse: Exploring Virtual Reality”, Thursday, February 8, at 3:30 p.m. in the Community Room B.   This free program is open to teens aged 13-18 years.  Funding for it and equipment was made possible by a State Grant-In-Aid (SGIA) through the Arizona State Library.
