MOHAVE COUNTY – At their board meeting on Tuesday, the Mohave County Board of Supervisors in a 3-2 decision, voted to not extend the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) contract that is linked to the CDC’s Bridge Access Program. Bullhead City Police Public Information Officer Emily Fromelt said that John Baxter, 57, Bullhead City, did not have a valid driver’s license when the vehicle he was operating was pulled over at Highway 95 and Lipan Dr. at about 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 20.
