BULLHEAD CITY – A fire fatality is under investigation in Bullhead City. Fire Department Public Information Officer Lori Viles said personnel responded at 12:38 a.m. on Jan. 16 to the fire at the River City RV Park at 2225 Merrill Ave. “Upon arrival, crews reported a fully involved Class A motorhome,” Vile said. Topock Marsh water levels drop; agencies work to correct water levels MOHAVE VALLEY – The Bureau of Reclamation, in cooperation with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, is working to correct a significant drop in water levels in Topock Marsh. The 4,000-acre marsh is adjacent to the Colorado River in the Havasu National Wildlife Refuge. Managed by the Fish and Wildlife Service, it serves as a recreation area and wildlife habitat for the tri-state area.
