KINGMAN – For the City of Kingman Façade Improvement Program, Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is bringing together the City of Kingman and DreamSpring, a nonprofit that makes business loans. The purpose of this training is to bridge the gap of knowledge and finances for the Façade Improvement Program.
