Andy Devine ADA project update – A full street closure of N. Second Street will be required for the continued construction of the Andy Devine Avenue ADA improvements project beginning Monday morning, January 13. N. Second St. from Beale St. to Andy Devine Ave. will be closed to through traffic for approximately two weeks. A detour route around the construction zone will be provided to motorists and pedestrians. On New Year’s Day, my wife Lynda and I, drove to Las Vegas to shop at our favorite store: Camping World™. On the trip over, and the return trip to Kingman, the traffic was heavy; and because of the celebration many had the night before, the police and state troopers were out in force.
